Ugh! Sickness go away!! So, yeah, I'm sick and won't be in today. I was going to come to school, but my husband told me that I had to stay home. Extra credit movie night will be next week Wednesday. Sorry for the inconvenience since I know that some people had to get off work so that they could come. Ugh! Sickness!!
Anyway, your journal for today is on sickness. What do you do when you have a sick day? Do you play "Duty?" Do you sleep? Is reading on the agenda or do you watch trashy t.v. all day? Discuss!

Aw man. Now I can't go to the movie night at all.
ReplyDeleteWell, yeah, i'm sick too. It's not bad but it's super annoying having a plugged up nose. When I'm sick on the couch, I just interchange between sleeping and watching tv. That's about all I do.
When I'm sick I usually try to sleep in as late as I can. Then I sit on the couch and try to find movies to watch on tv. If there are none, then I will probably read.

ReplyDeleteWhen I'm sick I normally read, but if that's too much work, I just watch TV. I like to watch really funny, pointless shows like Maury. I also sometimes watch Arthur or other PBS shows. Thats about all I do when I'm sick.
ReplyDeleteI hate being sick, probably together with everybody else. It can be nice to be home for a day and just do nothing, but then I start panic over everything I have to do when I’m feeling better so then I hate being sick again.
ReplyDeleteWhen I really need to stay at home I’m lying on the couch with my pillow and my cover and watching a lot of movies. And oh, I’m feeling really sorry for myself haha.

When I am sick, I usually watch movies continuously, and take various naps. Ohh and eat chicken noodle soup! :)

When I'm sick, I lay in bed all day. I sleep underneath the warm covers with a box of Kleenex on my night stand. I hate taking cold medicine. My aunt often forces me to take medicine in a pill form, since I refuse liquid. I don't like watching TV or reading. I prefer to be alone in my room with no noise. I love the sound of n o t h i n g. If I'm bored and feel like moving around, I will clean. I love cleaning.
ReplyDeleteWhen I am sick I lay in my bed or on the couch and watch movies, most likely Friday Night Lights. :) I also sleep. A lot. If I'm not to horribly bad I'll read or get up and go on facebook. That's about all I do. It all really depends on the type of sickness I have.
ReplyDeleteWhat a coincidence! I'm sick too! I had a 103 fever, a yucky nose/throat, and I can't stand for very long. I really don't like missing school because then I have to catch up on everything...:( i haven't been sick all year and then BAM! I noticed that when i get sick, i never get the little stuff like a little sore throat here and there etc..i always get hit with the big stuff. im feeling better today than i was yesterday, but i still can't stand for very long. I have just been watching TV, drinking juice, and taking vitamin D.

ReplyDeleteWhen I get sick, I just sleep a lot. Eat a ton of soup and drink a lot of orange juice when I feel up to it, and I'll watch a few movies until I do end up falling asleep again.
I hate the feeling of bring sick, especially if it's the flu, but I enjoy taking the day off. When I am sick I watch TV sometimes, unless I am really, really sick, because then TV would hurt my head. I also use the computer a lot. I don't like it when I am too sick to eat.
ReplyDeleteWhen i'm sick, I usually just hang out at home, in my room. I usually watch netflix when I'm not sleeping. I hate soup, so I never eat that.
ReplyDeleteWhen sick, I usually just watch T.V. Movies mostly. I do not like staying in my room, so I usually just lay on the couch. I have soup mostly also and orange juice to get plenty of vitamin C. I do not like being sick, because I hate missing school. Usually when given the option to stay home, I never do. I hope we all get healthy soon.

ReplyDeleteWhen im sick which i am i sleep and watch tv. I really only stay home if i have to becaue missing school just means make up work. So when im sick i just can't do anything else.
ReplyDeleteWhen I'm sick, I just lay around on the couch once everyone else leaves for school and work. I usually put sportscenter or the news or something on and fall asleep for a while and then just lay around for the day. I really don't do much at all. I guess I can't really do a whole when I'm sick either.
