Choose three of the following words and define them: give their phonetic spelling, part of speech, all definitions, and an example sentence. Pop (päp) Noun, verb, adverb, adjective
Noun: A sudden sharp explosive sound or commercial popular music.
Verb: Make a sudden, sharp, explosive sound.
Adverb: With a sudden explosive sound.
Adjective: Sudden or unexpected: "a pop quiz" or of or relating to commercial popular music: "a pop star"; "a pop group".
Example Sentence: At the senior class party, someone threw a plastic soda bottle into the fire, and a loud pop happened as the cap flew off.
