Well, today I basically start my softball season. My camp that is two days a week for the next two months starts! I am super excited to begin my senior season and just give it everything I have. I've never been this motivated for a season before, I just know that my spring is going to bring great things. We graduate soon, so that's also a plus.. :) Hope you had a great vacaaay, Mrs. Myers!
I've missed blogging SO MUCH!!! Kovu has been acting up lately. He's really grouchy and irritable. He's bitten so many people. When people come over, he avoids them, which isn't like him at all. When people try to pet him, he just howls at them and bites if they don't go away. He'll even be sitting on someone's lap and randomly attack them. Now this may not seem any different to you because Kovu is usually a vicious cat, I know his cuddley side. Unfortunately, that is a sight I have not seen in a while.
I had a reasonable weekend. Friday night I got to spend some time with a friend that I rarely get to talk to. Then on Saturday I had a Christmas/Packer party which was a blast. I want that day back really bad. That was my weekend and, today is going to be a long day. I really do not want to be at school.
I have a really bad headache right now. It woke me up in the middle of the night it was so bad. I didn't get a lot of sleep. This makes me really sad. I love my sleep. So now my day is completely ruined. Now I'm in accounting, that is unfortunate. This class hates me. I don't like any of my classes this year. Everyday feels like 100 years in school.
I am so tired! Yesterday I watched Pitch Perfect three times!!! I have a very bad addiction to that movie! There is 200 days until my 18th birthday, which means that is when I can get my tongue pierced and my parents cannot do anything about it! I am so excited to get it done, even though it will probably be painful.. Also, GO Packers!! You are my hero Jordy Nelson!
I hate mondays. I wish I was still in bed sleeping instead of being at school. Soon enought we all are going to graduate. My weekend was really boring. All I did was watch football and that did not go so well for me. At least Russel Wilson won yesterday. I hope the Seahawks win it all.
I really dislike people, not everyone, just certian people upset me a lot! Other than people upsetting me my weekend was really good, I had a Packer Party on Saturday and they won! I am so proud of Aaron (we are married)! Next saturday there is another Packer party and I cannot wait to see them hopefully kick some more butt!!!!!!! Aaron Rodgers is my one true love!!
I am surprisingly not all that tired today which is very weird. I am excited for this week because we have 2 good games this week and so do the boys! I love watching basketball, and playing. Also, I am very excited for the Packer game again Saturday it would make me really happy if they went to the Superbowl again!
In two months and eleven days I will be eighteen. Two months minus one day after that we graduate. Two months and one day after that, it is Country Jam time! I am trying to focus on good things that are to come, rather than right now. Hopefully that will help things move forward faster.
Things I learned over the break: 1) The hardest decision we will have to make is whether to move on or keep trying 2) The only way to move forward is to take away the safety net you cling to 3) You're not going to survive unless you know you have close friends you can trust with anything...I have 2 for sure and I'm finding out still about 2 more... 4) It's a good thing to accept emotions instead of denying them 5) Sometimes ignorance can be bliss...but in a healthy amount 6) It sucks being moved from a priority to neglect from choosing other things ahead of you 7) It helps a ton to know who's in your corner...Especially the ones you didn't know were there 8) You can learn a lot from other people by helping them 9) It's okay to worry about yourself instead of always putting others first 10) It's frustrating when you can't blame the person who is/was hurting you 11) It's frustrating when there's a good reason for something...You can't blame it on something petty and stupid and it's much harder to accept 12) The first step is the hardest 13) You'll go crazy without a break in the monotony 14) Sometimes it takes minimal effort to do something that means the world to somebody...and when you do put that little bit of effort in, it can't hurt anyone but can only be positive 15) Sometimes when you get the things you want, you end up missing the things you left behind 16) It's okay to ask for help 17) It's okay to swallow your pride 18) Eventually you have to stop thinking and start doing 19) It's okay to give yourself some credit 20) It's okay to believe what others tell you about yourself 21) It's okay to let others help you in the fight 22) Sometimes all you need is someone to listen 23) I'm done being what I'm not. Being me isn't easier, but it is. 24) It's the little things that make the biggest difference 25) You never get what you need from where you expect to get it 26) Everyone has their story and their problems. Everyone has the ability to reach out for them. 27) You have to first reach out, then reach in, then reach up 28) Everyone cares about something or someone, never believe anyone doesn't care 29) If you don’t take risks, you’ll never get the reward 30) Everyone has their secrets 31) Everyone's a little afraid 32) It's not the things you do that make memories/that really matter, but the people you do them with 33) If you always sell yourself short, you'll start to actually believe it 34) Everyone belongs somewhere whether they know it or not 35) You're never alone
I don't feel good at all right now. I have a really big head ache so alls I want to do is sleep. I'm sorry that this is a negative blog but it's hard to write something nice when I feel sick. Hopefully I'm not getting th flue because I have a game tomorrow!
I have this very strong desire to watch Pitch Perfect right now. It is phenomonal. I also would love to go ice skating right now. That would be magical. Then I could go ice fishing and drink hot chocolate. My dog would love to join me. She breathes a lot. It is a lot more than the average dog.
I finally went and saw The Hobbit! I went with some friends on Friday and it was awesome. I loved the movie, but everyone was upset with the cutoff at the end (typical move). So we are all just going "Really?" and agreed there has to be another one. It was funny.
My weekends were pretty good. I finally meet my oldest host brother. We have so much fun. We went to Eau Claire, do some grocery shopping and stuff like that. Right now i am very tired. All i want is a really good nap!
So my break was pretty upsetting. I will never get what i did to make people dislike me so much. It is hard to be judged at everymoment when you try so hard. I was just cooped up at home with these feelings for the end of the break, I wish people would get it. On a positive note, the beginning of my break was just relaxing with my mom and sis. And of course Christmas! I love Christmas, and yes Santa did come:)
As I was reading through everybody's blog I realized that most are very negative. I was going to write something about being tired,, hungry, and hate my job... but I won't. I went sledding yesterday and Brad and I thought that it would just be so much fun if we both went do at the same time, on the same sled. We didn't make it more than a few feet before I started falling off and we drifted straight into a bush of pokey things. I got smacked in the face by a branch and cut my lip and when we crashed I flew over Brad. We told our dad what had happened and all he said was, "You ain't really sledding if you don't see blood." I didn't think that that made much since, but that was my weekend.
I am getting sick of this cold weather. I just want it to warm up a bit. I know that I live in wisconsin, and I just have to deal with this weather, but I want spring to come. Any way, I want to watch dance videos all night. I just saw a girl go on pointe on a mans head. It was pretty awesome. Well it is late, and I unfortunately need to be at school tomorrow, so I need to go to bed.
Well I keep forgetting to blog on time, but oh well. I had a good weekend but sadly, I am not in Florida or Mexico. I am ready to move somewhere where 25 degrees is not considered balmy.
Better late than never for the blog! is that too cliche? Oh well, the sun will come out tomorrow. MIght as well grab the bull by the horns. Or a horse. Healthy as a horse. Have you had enough of the commonly written phrases yet? I bet you can grin and bear it. Bear. This topic really is a bear. Was that too vague? I dont mean to beat around the bush. Oh well. I better leave before this gets out of hand.
Hmmm... this is like a week late but since I couldnt blog while in Mexico I will now. Well Mexico was amazing so much sun and water and heat. It was so great I think that the best part was visiting the Mayan ruin. We went to go and see the ruin of Coba, which was like the tallest discovered ruin in Mexico so far. After that we went zip lining and we went rappelling down into a cenote after that. The rest of the week we chilled at the resort playing frisbee, soccer, and volleyball on the beach. Every now and then I would hit up the spa just to relax more.
I was in Mexico at this time and i am said to say that the whole time I was there i never had toast. I wanted to but the toaster was always in use but it's ok because instead of that I got an entire plate of bacon. It was like the Mount Everest of bacon on my plate each morning. It was a beautiful sight to behold and i cried a little each morning knowing that soon i would have this gorgeous plate of bacon every morning.
