On Friday, Kody and I went to Eau Claire. We went to the mall and to some other stores, then went out to eat at Milwaukee Burger. I had to work Saturday morning until two and then Kody picked me up because he put new shocks on my car that morning. Kody, his dad, and I worked on his Camaro for a little bit. We watched Fast and the Furious night and had this ice cream that was called caramel cow tracks. It was extremely good! On Sunday morning I actually slept in until 9:30. I haven't done that in a long time. Sunday was our 1-year anniversary, so we wanted to hang out. I helped Kody put his headliner in his car. That took forever because we had to bring it through the hatch and the clips would not hold it up. Kody had to shave a little off of the clips to get them to stay up there. We came inside and I gave Kody a haircut. I think I did pretty good. It doesn't look crooked to me. Then it was Kody's turn to help me. He helped me put my stuff into totes to put into the basement. Now my bedroom is all done there. Kody helped me make teriyaki stir-fry and Kody made a cake. It was very yummy!
It was a very busy weekend! On friday night I was finishing up making my prom dress until 10:30. The on Saturday I did last minute alterations on my prom dress. I loved the skirt of my prom dress, however, was not satisfied with the top of it at all. It was too big and the straps were not laying nicely. Eventually, I will take up the bodice that's on it now and make a new one. At noon the gang came over and we all got ready together. It was very fun to do hair and make-up and to get all pretty! We went to Shanghia Bistro to have supper and it was delicious! Then we went to prom! After that we went to the After Prom Party and it went by super fast and was really fun :D I slept and relaxed on Sunday ALL DAY! It felt great :D But now I'm sick :(
This was a real nice weekend. Friday night David came over for awhile and we hung out after baseball practice. We grilled chicken and got our cars ready for prom. Saturday morning I mostly ran errands. Then a bunch of the guys went over to David's house before we left for prom. We grilled everything: pork steaks, polska kielbasa, venison dogs, chicken, and potatoes. After lunch we got ready for prom and took pictures at Danielle's. My dad let me take his car again. Katie and I had a good time riding in it. We headed for Eau Claire Saturday night and ate at Tokyo. It was pretty good, kinda spendy though. After supper we went to Katie's house to take pictures. That night we went back to Colfax and had the grand march. The dance was a lot of fun. I was glad everyone stuck around. I think it was a pretty good turn out =) After prom I changed and went to Danielle's again. We watched The Blindside and fell asleep. Sunday I slept in, worked on graduation invitations, did a little homework, and went to bible study. Prom was a great time. I'm glad we could enjoy our last one together =)
Well my weekend was very intense! =) Friday I went to practice and than went home. Friday for me was pretty boring, except I got to go to Menomonie with Emma and help her go pick out her nails at Wal-Mart that was fun, and we ran into Christina and Erin. After that I went home and watched tv. Than on Saturday I woke up a little later, got my hair done at 2 o'clock. After that I went to Emma's house for a bit, than went home and got ready. Than Teren came and got me and we rode in the corvette to meet our group at the Whitetail Golf Course. It was fun taking pictures and Lewis mom made a very memorable meal. =) Than we went to prom, and than I went to bed at around 3ish. That was my wonderful weekend. Oh and Sunday involved a lot of sleeping.
Wow...this is sad...I just got misty eyed eading Luke's blog abou enjying our last prom together...this is not a good sign.
Anyway, Yeah PROM! Friday I did some homework and cleaned for prom. On Saturday I went to get my hair done and Amanda was at the salon. Susan (the hair dresser) asked me what color dress I had. I told her PINK. Then she started talking about pink extentions that she should have brought with her. Then she decided to go home and get them...so Amanda and I "feld down the fort" while she ran home..only in Colfax would someone leave work and go home to give someone pink hair!. It was awesome! Then the girls cameover and we all got ready to go with our maekup and nails. Pictures were at my house. We ate at Tokyo and Cold Stone. Prom was a blast we only didn't dance for one song! Then we went back to my house, but didn't last long, so I'm not that tired :) Like Lucas said it is a great memory of senior year1
This weekend was prom which I saw you at Mrs. Myers. We offered you to dance in our train but you must not have wanted to show off your dancing skills:) Prom was very fun. We went to Tokyo which wasn't as great as I thought it was going to be. We had a white guy for a chef. It wasn't like it was a problem but I was just expecting a Japanese or Chinese chef because it is a Japanese restraunt! Anyway, the dance was very fun and hot. After the dance we went to Danielle's and hung out there. We didn't last very long becasue we were so tired from dancing I think. We were all asleep by 2:30 in the morning.

Then we got to meet Katie, a girl from eau claire who was coming to prom with our group. She was very nice. We got our dresses on and took pictures when the boys came. They all looked so handsome. We ate at Tokyo and then went to Cold Stone for desert. It was the first time that I had ever been to Tokyo and I really liked to food. Prom was really fun. We danced up a storm! After prom, we went to Danielle's house to watch movies and hang out, but we feel asleep during the first movie.
Sunday was fun too. My sister Sarah came over and brought her kids. My nephew James is one and a half and is the cutest thing ever. We had a lot of fun and I got to spend some time with my 6 week old nephew James. He is growing like crazy.
I had hoped to get some homework and other stuff done this weekend, but I didn't.
Last weekend was a ton of fun! On Saturday morning I slept in (which doesn't happen very often at all!) and woke up to find four of my relatives cver at my house. They were helping my mom make a scrapbook for me. I got my hair done and got all ready for prom. Then, Matt came and picked me up and we went to Whitetail. It was pretty fun. :) The dance was fun too! We all stayed until around 11:30. Then some of us went to Danielle's house. We ate some food and watched "Blind Side." The next morning I got to sleep in again until 9:30. Luke's mom made us really yummy apple french toast. We watched "Tommy Boy," and then we went home. Sunday afternoon I vacuumed out my car, did laundry, and then relaxed. Even though I got a lot of sleep, I'm still very tired today.
Well on Friday I had to get up very early and my dad, Mandy, Lukas and I went to River Falls for a campus preview day! It was very exciting I love it there and can not wait for college! Then my family left and I stayed in River Falls with my roommate next year Amy (She's from Blaine, MN) Anyways on staurday we woke up and Amy took her placement test I just chilled in the hotel room and when she got back we made our way to Colfax. mandy did our hair for prom and in my opinion she did an excellent job! After we went out to eat and danced! Amy thought are prom was interesting because she is from such a big school and prom is much differnt there!We finally got to bed at 1 or 2 oclock in the mornign and had to get up by six and meet Amy's mom in River Falls. Once I got home from that I slept hardcore but unfortunaty i had to get up at 2 and work til 9. It was a very very very very very exhausting weekend!!!!
Oh! And I'm starting to prepare for my first study abroad trip! I am leaving for a month in January and studying in Ireland!
Prom was awesome. It was definitely the best Prom I've ever experienced. It's too bad it wil be the last. We started out by going to Tokyo. The food was pretty good and it was a phenomonal place to be entertained. After getting ice cream at Cold Stone, we all went to the dance and just had fun. That was the first dance that I really enjoyed out of my entire high school career. After we were tired of dancing, we all went to Daniell's house and watched movies and ate. We left at 12:30 the next morning. I tried to work for a while splitting wood for my parents and grandparents, but I was so tired that I just quit and watched hunting videos the rest of the afternoon.
Saturday I woke up late because it was so dark outside form the rain I thought it was still really early in the morning when it was actually like 10:30. I had planned on getting my nails done in Menomonie at like 10 with Nichole Bird, but decided just to buy ones from wal-mart. I spent the entire morning, trying to figure out what to do with my hair, since it is so short! I spent two hours curling it and pinning it up.. that was tiring! Then my mom helped me put on my nails. Then I went to Danielle's and did my make up and put on my dress. When the boys got there we took pitures and then headed to dinner at Tokyo. I loved eating there, it is deffinately an experience! Then we went to Coldstone, which was good but we had to eat the ice creme outside because there were other prom groups in the store, so it was a little cold while eatingout ice creme. Then I went back to Colfax to pick up Sami Jo, and we had to stop at Kyle's Market to get pictures taken for Mary. Then it was off to the dance, and we stayed until past 11 then we went to sams to get sweats on and we went to Alexa's. When we got there though everyone was already alseep, so we left to go to Noah's, and a bunch of people were leaving there too, so we ended up going back to sami's house and watching movies. Sunday me and Sami had a scary movie marathon! It was a very good weekend!
Well, I was really glad thAT i GOT TO GO WITH MY BEST FRIENDS FOR PROM THIS YEAR. It was a lot of fun. I think that I gained a lot of weight because we ate at Tokyo and then we went to Coldstone and I had a big thing of ice-cream. I danced like I have never danced before in my life, from nine-thirty till midnight. It was a blast. I was really tired after the dance was over and fell asleep around one-thirty. It did not even seem like there was a sunday, it was like we just skipped it.
Well I just typed my whole blog for monday and something popped up and I lost what I wrote about so now i HAVE TO WRITE IT ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To make a long story short, I had a great time at prom, probably the best time ever, and I ate really good and gained weight. I lost the weight from all of the dancing that I did. I was really exhausted and fell asleep at like one thirty.
My weekend was very relaxed. Friday I had a game in Spring Valley which we won :) Then I went and watched Madagascar with Sammy Yolitz. Saturday Laura and I went out to eat together at Red Robin since we did not go to Prom, and then we went to watch all the pretty dresses at Prom. Sunday was my little sister's confirmation and then my family went out to eat at Olive Garden! It was a pretty good weekend :)
