I am driving down Highway 29 and I see a vehicle on its side and there is a liquid all over the road. There is a cop car behind the vehicle, but nobody is in it. I decide to stop to see if someone needs help. I get close to the vehicle and I see something flashy in the woods. I ignore it and look inside the vehicle, but there is nobody in it. So I turn back to that shiny object at the edge of the woods. It's not there now. I begin walking into the woods and I hear a shriek and then it is dead silent literally. I go another forty feet and find a young woman slaughtered with two children next too, also dead. I don't go close to them because it is very disturbing. The woman has cuts everywhere and her throat is slit. The children have two gun shots holes in their chests. When I think back to that shiny piece, the only thing that comes to mind is the police man's badge. That's shiny! I decide to head back to call in another cop car. Out of nowhere, that same badge lodges into a tree trunk right in front of me. Is the police man trying to kill me? I start running really fast and I get out to the road. I call the cops, but my phone does not work. I decide to go back out to see if that cop is out there. I get back out to the woman and her children and I just sit there to see if anybody comes around. Out of nowhere, I hear a shriek and then silence again. I run to the sound and I see the police man with his throat slit and a huge blood splatter, but one spot is missing in the splatter. I run off in that direction and see a figure. I climb into a tree and when the figure got close, I threw a branch at it. Then I jumped on it. It was a man and he had a gun. I fought him until I got the gun back. I punched the daylights out of him and dragged him to the edge of the woods, so I could see something. Here it was the woman's husband. He killed his children and his wife because they put him into an asylum. I tied the man up to a tree and waited for another vehicle to come by for some help.
ReplyDeleteIt was quarter to eleven and my witness had not showed up for the hearing yet. She was supposed to be here at ten o'clock sharp. I knew something definately was not right. I called both her phones, no answer. I decided to run over to her house quick. knock knock knock, no reply. I turned the handle, it was unlocked. All the lights were off, it seemed as if no one were home. GUn comes out and i check the living room and kitchen, both clear. I hear a noise upstairs. I call for backup. I start to inch my way up the stairs. Screech, screech; there is no way to get up the stairs without making a sound. If someone were in the house they would for sure know i was coming. BOOM! Something crashed in the bedroom. I quickly bolt to the bedroom door and open it, no onw there. I wonder if my mind is playing tricks on me, but it can't be, i knew what i had heard. Bang! the book case falls and nearly hits me. Ok, what is going on i ask myself. That's when i saw it, a pool of blood was comign from the closet. I really didn't want to look, but i knew i had to. There she was my witness. She had been shot to death and i have a feeling it was all my fault. She told me if anyone found out she told me what happened they'd kill her, but i stil put her on trail. Now she's dead, because of me. She's still warm that ust mean the killer is still close by. Creek! What was that someone was moving in the next room. Who could have killed her, honestly her husband was locked up and i dont know who else he had involved. I better go check it out. I open the door and there ready to jump out the window was no other then the witnesses mom, covered in blood. I stop her as she tries to beat me. When brought in for questioning the truth finally comes out. She did not want her daughter to testify against her husband because her mother absoltely adored him and he had been paying her quite generously so she could afford her house. When she found out her daughter was going to testifyshe had to kill her because she had to keep the husband out of jail.
ReplyDeleteThe air was crisp and chilly. Fall was definitely here. However, this was not Father Tom Romans' favorite time of year, he preferred the warm days of summer, but a least it was not raining. Thick cotton like clouds hung in a bright blue sky. A faint smell of dried leaves mingled with antiseptic hung in the air around the hospital parking lot. Father Tom shivered a little with the chill, and a little of something else. Father Tom felt a touch of dread lingering in his spirit, but he tried to shrug it off as he pulled his heavy black overcoat tighter around his thin body. Since he became a priest two years ago, he'd been here many times, on the floors, visiting patients, comforting the dying, occasionally baptizing someone, or saving a soul. So,you'd think he would be used to the whole hospital scene by now. Yet today was different, and he could not shake the feeling off as he left his old 72 black VW beetle parked in the hospital lot. He stepped briskly as he crossed the parking lot to the front entrance, and in just a few quick no nonsense steps he was there. He walked quickly through the sliding glass entry-way doors and crossed the empty lobby to the elevator doors. He had hoped it would be warmer inside but no such luck! As he stood waiting impatiently for the elevator doors to open, he tried to regroup his scattered thoughts. He almost turned and went back home! Just then th elevator bell dinged and the doors sprung open as if to saying "too late! With a deep sigh he steeled himself, admonishing himself
ReplyDeletefor being so silly! Gingerly he stepped into the elevator and pushed the button for ICU/PCU floor. The doors slammed with a loud crash making Father Tom jump, then he scolded himself. He looked into the mirrored panels of the elevator to check his appearance before seeing the patients. His black priest clothes were clean and neatly pressed and his dress shoes were spit polished. His short dark brown hair was a little ruffled but still looked good, his long angular face was clean shaven but gaunt looking, he looked far older than his twenty-six years. His Italian mom would be telling him to eat more, but he always had had a fast metabolism. Some would consider him attractive him, his warm dark brown eyes looked back at him with a hint of doubt, as the elevator shuddered it's way up to the second floor. What was it? He thought. He hadn't felt this way since he was a child, scared to leave his mom for the first time. Then, all of a sudden the elevator cords ripped and Father Tom fell to his death.
It was a cold, stormy, evening in Transylvania. I was walking home from the bread store as the son was setting in the distance. My hopes of returning home soon was incredible because I was extremely nervous about the weather. I also hoped that my ten year old son was ok for I had left him at home. I came around the last bend before my house. I guickly ran up the sidewalk and flew into the house. I tried to turn on the lights, but the power was out. My next thought was to make sure that my son, Jimmy, was ok. The time on my wristwatch told me that it was 8:oo. I thoght that Jimmy would probably be hungry so I checked to see if he was in the basement. I saw that the door was wide open so I figured that he must be down in the basement looking for something to eat. I grabbed a flashlight and headed down the stairs. I turned the corner to go to the canned foods room, and that door was open too. When I peered inside of the canning room, I saw a figure fly out of the patio doorway and I quickly ran to see who or what it was. IT WAS COUNT DRACULA!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAs I turned to look for Jimmy, I sae him sprawled out over the freezer with a CAN OF SPAGETTIOS in his hand.
Jimmy died from the bite of a vampire that day, I have now turned into a vampire hunter and am dedicating my life to killing anything that suck blood.
AISLE SEVEN
ReplyDeleteBethany was in the grocery store picking up some eggs and milk for her mother last Friday. She was strolling down aisle seven when she felt something lightly hit the top of her head. She looked around, but nobody was in aisle seven with her. As she stood there, she felt the same small tap on the top of her head. She looked up and was immediately horrified - there was a huge circle of blood on the ceiling, and it was leaking through the cracks and dripping into the store. She rushed away to find the manager of the store, but as she ran around, she slowly began to realize that there was nobody left in the store. It was closed.
She hesitantly went back to aisle seven where she saw the blood - maybe it had been a dream. but as she peeked around the shelves, she knew that this was no joke - there was now a steady stream of blood trickling from the cieling. She knew she had to do something - what if the victim was still alive up there? So despite her very loud conscience yelling at her not to, she climbed up the tall store shelf, pushed one of the ceiling tiles out and poked her head inside. It was just as she expected - there was a body there. It looked like a girl around seventeen years of age and Bethany was positive she was dead - she had a huge gash in her neck. Behtany started to cry because slowly, she realized who this girl was. It was Amy from her Chemistry class. Behtany had heard that lately Amy and her boyfriend Nick had been having some fights, and there was a rumor going around that he abused her. According to the gossip, he always threatened Amy, so she usually didn't let it concern her. However, on Tuesday Nick had told Amy that he wanted her dead so he would never have to look at her again. It all made sense to Bethany now - Nick worked at the supermarket, so he probably stashed her body here after he slit her neck. Who knew what else he did to her before he did the deed.
Bethany found her way out of the store and immediately called the police. They found Nick's fingerprints on a knife that was stashed in the back of a shelf in aisle seven. Nick was arrested and is sitting in jail as we speak.
It was a cool, dark night in Colfax, Wi. Downtown, there was no movement besides the leaves blowing across the street. Out of a back alley, a man appeared. His face was covered by a black ski mask and anyone who might have seen him would have known he was up to no good. He walked slowly, but surely towards his target. He crossed over the railroad tracks and turned right at the first street. He approached the purplpe house with a quicker pace. The man entered the house, and a few minutes later he exited without a noise. The next morning Lucy didn't show up for school. Her worried English teacher, Mrs. Myers, asked the office where she was. They told her that they didn't know because no one had answered the phone at Lucy's house. They told her that perhaps Lucy had stayed home to help unpack because her family had just moved into a new house. The next day, Mrs. Myers heard the news; Lucy and her family had been murdered. Who could have done such a thing?
ReplyDeleteThe police investigated the crime scene but couldn't find anything useful. There were no fingerprints, no DNA, no traces of anyone other than Lucy and her family, and they were all dead. The cause of death was also a mystery; no one could figure it out. The police continued their investigation, but with no evidence the case soon went cold. Years passed and nothing was ever discovered. The house sat vacant until a young family from out of town who didn't know the story of Lucy and her family moved in.
The night the family moved in was cool and dark with no movement besides a gentle breeze through the trees until suddenly, a man appeared from a back alley...
