Tuesday

Write about a time when you really embarrassed yourself. What did you do? Who was there? Is it funny to you now or are you still embarrassed by the episode?

  1. When I was in seventh grade, I went sleep-walking out of doors. My parents heard me leave, but they couldn't find me so they called the cops. So the cops came with dogs to smell me out and then a helicoptor came wilth a giant light. Anyway, my parents ended up finding me about two and a half hours after I left, in a cornfield about half a mile from my house. I had a little frostbite because it was like October but other than that I was fine. But anyway, the next day at school, Nathan had to tell Everybody and even now people mention it. Mr. Divine still "sleep walks" whenever he sees me. The End.

  2. I can't remember one specific time I really embarrassed myself. I tend to embarrass myself quite a bit actually. It is never anything terrible but sort of embarrassing at the time.

One thing that was sort of embarrassing to me was when I was running at Hoffman Hills my sophmore year and I fell down the hill. I was trying to keep up with Logan and Nathan because they were my only way out and then I tripped. I did catch myself but I twisted my ankle and it hurt really bad. When I looked up, Logan and Nathan were nowhere to be found. I then started crying. I was covered in dirt, lost, hurt, and kinda scared. I sucked it up though and looked at a map and found my way out. I told everyone what happened and they laughed. I laughed at it too. In fact, I still laugh about it today! :)

  3. I guess the time I really embarrassed myself, is when I was pretty young and we went to the pool with our whole family. My cousins, grandparents and other family members were all there. I still had to wear a life jacket since I had not learned how to swim yet. I was waiting for my dad to untangle the lace things on the life jacket, when i got impatient and jumped in. I was sorta drowning so my mom jumped in after me to save me. Im glad nothing bad happened, but I still find it really dumb how dumb I was.

  4. I get embarrassed everyday for something I do or say. For instance, one day at work I was mopping the floors in the deli. I didn't realize that my boots didn't have very good traction on the bottom and I slipped and fell on my butt. Nobody saw, but the camera did. My boss confronted me about it the next day and I just tried to laugh it off. (:

  5. Ha well i get embarrassed all the time. I've had so my momnets in my life where i do something funny. Like one time i ran into a door right in front of me or another time i walked into a tree or trip on cement or fall down the stairs. I can name a million things i've done but most of the time i just laugh at myslef becuase i relize how funny it would look. It gives me a sence of humor and a good laugh now and again. :D

  6. Hmmm...I can't think of an embarrassing moment of mine. I am sure I have a lot, but I just can't think of any. I will tell you about a really stupid moment of mine though.

I was in my kitchen and I put some food in the microwave to heat it up. I pushed in the amount of time I wanted it to cook and then pressed start. But it wasn't starting. I kept pressing start and it STILL wasn't starting. Finally, I yelled and said "Why isn't it starting!" Then my sister said "uhh..probably because you're holding the door open." The whole time I was holding the microwave door open! And as you all know, microwaves don't start if the door is open. It was a very dumb moment. I felt retarded. I would have been embarrassed, but I wasn't because it was just my sister and brother in the kitchen. If it was anyone else, it definitely would of been quite embarrassing.
Thinking about it now it's funny, but I still feel stupid. ha. :)

  7. Hmm...there is probably something really embarrassing that happened to me that i can't remember.
When I was little I threw up all over my friends desk. It was embarrassing because it was one of my first days of school.
Oh ya, I don't know if I want to tell everyone because it's embarrassing. It was like in kindergarten or first grade and i peed my pants on the bus ride home a couple times. :(

  8. The most embarrassing thing that has happened to me is something that I will never forget. One day, why I was around five or six years old, my mother and I went to Walmart to shop for groceries. About half-way through our shopping trip, I had to go to the bathroom really bad. Being in a hurry to get myself in the bathroom, I was not paying much attention to where I was going. Luckily I made it to the bathroom just in the nick of time, but something was definitely not right. I quickly learned that I was in the wrong bathroom! After getting scolded by an elderly woman (thankfully she was the only person in there with myself) for accidentally using in the girls’ bathroom, I ran back to my mother nearly in tears because I was so embarrassed.

Today, when I look back on it, I can’t help but laugh at how stupid that was. It is funny, but still pretty darn stupid. I am just glad that I had been lucky with just being caught by an old lady in there. She was pretty scary, and I’d hate to think what would have happened if there were more people in that bathroom that day.

  9. wellll....just this past friday i pulled out of the parking and saw some of the football team waving to me as I left, naturally, I waved back..then...thump thu thummpy thump. My shoes flew off of the hood of my car along with my clothes and turns out they were so nicely waving at me to warn me that "hey you left your clothes on your roof"...that was pretty awkward and embarassing.

  10. okay, so my most embarrassing moment happened at the 7th grade state basketball tournament. The whole team was in the pool at the hotel. We were having a war with our parents(who were sitting outside the pool). We were chucking water balls at eachother. It was a full out battle! Well I got out of the pool to grabs some ammo(watter balls) and before I jumped in my swimsuit top flew open, the latch on the back came un-done. I quikly jumped back in the pool! This was extremely embarrassing becuase not only did my teamates see that, but so did our parents and a bunch of other random people in the pool! I might laugh at it today, but it was VERY embarrassing back then! :)

  11. Well I don't get to embarrassed very often. The last time I was really emmbarrassed much at all was a few weeks ago. So I was at church and walked out quick to grab some food. Then when I was walking back to where I was sitting, I had to walk right past where our paster was talking. So as I walked past, I managed to catch my toe on one of the legs of his mic stand. As I am tripping over this, The mic swings around and almost nailed our pastor in the face. So of course everybody was laughing at me, but at least it was funny for me too. That was the last time much of anything emmbarrassing happened.

  12. My story isn't THAT embarrassing, but my family will never let me forget about it.

One time when I was little, probably around eight or nine I was getting a little hungry and my mom and dad weren't home. So I decided that I was going to have a leftover piece of pizza. I put the pizza in the microwave, and not thinking, pushed the timer to nine minutes. After the first minute the pizza was bubbling and steaming like food usually does in a microwave. By two minutes there was some popping noises. By five minutes, the pizza burst into flames. I screamed for help, and Kayla came first. She decided that throwing water in the microwave was the best thing to do. It's a wonder she never was electrocuted. Andrea was the thinker of the group, and the flaming pizza was put out. Our new microwave now has a pizza button.

  13. Oh boy embarassing moments, well I honestly can't think of one. I am kind of a blonde sometimes, actually a lot. I always tend to be thinking one word in my head and then say something not even close. I like to talk a lot before I think if that counts! I don't mind it as much anymore though, but I use to be really bothered by people laughing at me. Now I just laugh at myself!

  14. I say things before I think about it, so I've embarrassed myself a lot. Although I can't specifically think of something right now.

I also get embarrassed when I'm denied by something or someone.

I'm embarrassed by my parents, because they need to grow up.

I'm embarrassed by my car, because it sucks.

I'm embarrassed by a lot of little, silly things that don't matter.

Oh, and I'm DEFINITELY embarrassed by pictures when I was blonde, from Middle School. Hahahaaa.
