Sorry for getting this posted so late, but Blogspot wasn't working earlier this morning.
Here is a "what if" for you. What if you woke up tomorrow morning and it was your first day of ninth grade again. What would you do differently if you could do your high school experience over again?

ReplyDeleteStarting High School all over again wouldn’t be that bad, I actually really like being in High School, even if I will love the day I graduate too. The only thing I would do differently is to plan my time better! I’m terribly bad of doing my homework’s in time and often I sit up late the day before. Other than that I think I’m pretty happy with my time in High School. Even if there are other things I would change I like the philosophy that you learn from your mistakes.

I wouldn't change very many things in my high school experience. A couple of things I would change is being in a relationship so early. I needed to enjoy my time in high school and I kind of missed out on a lot of things with my friends. I wish I would have handled some things in a different way too. But I have learned from those mistakes and from them I am a little more wise. Other than those few things, I don't really want to change anything. High school as been a great time and I'm going to miss it.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I would change anything. Of course I would take back some weird thing I did or something I said...or dumb quizbowl answers I threw out there haha! But those mistakes made me who I am...
ReplyDeleteI would not change a thing. Looking back on history and regretting the things you did gets you no where. I did some dumb things that I probably should not have, but heck no I do not regret them! You live and you learn, and eventually I will look back on them dumb things and laugh. Yeah so if I was back as a freshman I would probably do everything the same.

ReplyDeleteBut if I woke up one morning and realized that I have to go through high school ALL over again...I'd be really mad. But I'd get into advanced math classes, like taking pre-cal trig my freshman year (since I know how to do it). I know that I would not get very good grades my second time around because I would not care. I would not study, so hopefully I remember most of the answers. I would spend more time with my friends. I would do more crazy, adventurous things. Looking back, I feel like I was always trying to play it "safe."
I would get my work done earlier. Other then those things it was a very good four years, and it would be hard to match it. If I could of obtained a monkey during those years, that would make it even better. :)
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't change much..except tearing my ACL again! It would be hard to change that, but that one event would have changed my life in a lot of different ways! Other than that, I would have not changed a thing! Every decision I have made I have learned from either to the good or bad, so I dont regret, or want to change anything!! :) :)
ReplyDeleteIf I woke up and had to start High School all over again I would probably cry. I love High School, but I'm ready to leave and get out there on my own. I wouldn't change anything that I did, even if I could. I don't have any regrets because mistakes are not regrets, they are lessons. I've learned a lot, and I'm ready to move on and learn some more :)
ReplyDeleteWow! If I could go back to freshmen year and do it all over again I would start off by avoiding my relationship with Courtney Cook. It caused more problems than i needed during my freshmen year. Other than that I would change my work ethic toward school and sports. I would also be really mad if I woke up and I was a freshman again. I had four years of this school, I'm looking forward to graduating!
ReplyDeleteIf I had to do something differently....I would not wait so long to get involved with things. I would have joined the dance team my freshmen year.But i guess every year the freshmen are sort of reserved...then I guess i would make myself slow down and enjoy every experience because oh boy those four years flew by.
ReplyDeleteHmm...I wouldn't be so shy and like Sierra said get involved with things. I actually probably would of played different sports because I think I would have been better at them than dance. But I don't regret doing dance. I became close with all the girls on the dance team and for that I am grateful. I also love to dance now. Other than that, I wouldn't change anything. I had a wonderful high school experience.
ReplyDeleteI dont think i would need to change anything. I had a wonderful four years of high school, and i have so many wonderful memories that i would not want to change or lose. I may try to do my homework a little faster and not put it off, then it would be all good :)
