My computer at home is not working at all, so I didn't get a chance to post your blog until now. I hope that everyone had a fun and restful vacation. I know that I did. I asked myself this morning, though, why I came home. The Bremer bank clock said that it was -6. In Florida, it was 78!

I had a really good break! I got to see my sister, which was the best part, but she could only stay for two days. My dad and grandpa came over on Christmas and we watched old videos of Christmas time when my sister and I were little. It was a lot of fun. I just wish it would have lasted a little longer!
ReplyDeleteSo my break was fantastic because I had one single awesome day that made the entire break outstanding. Plus, I went to the Packer game and their second string beat the Lions, which I thought was hilarious. Flynn played really well though, and Jordy Nelson is always so great. I rode my horse a lot over break and hung out with my brother since he is home. I also slept a lot, which was probably one of the best parts of the break. But New Year's Eve night I didn't go to sleep, and then I had to get up...or stay up until five to go to that Packer game. Then I was the one who drove my mom's Neon all the way to Green Bay (We took two vehicles) and the driving conditions were the worst I ever experienced. I'm pretty sure I saw around ten accidents on the way there and back. I can't believe I let myself get suckered into driving, while Wyatt is back there sleeping like a baby the whole way there.
ReplyDeleteAs always my break went too fast. My New Years truly sucked and I hope I never have another day like that this year. It was a horrible way to start the new year. My Christmas was fun though. The packers won so that's always exciting! But Wisconsin didn't. :( I don't know if I'm quite ready to get back in the routine of things.
ReplyDeleteI had an amazing break. Trust me, I also asked myself why I am here. I stayed up till about 1AM every night this break, even longer in some cases. I slept in till 11AM pretty much every morning. It feels good to have that freedom! I got fantastic gifts from amazing friends and family! I ate way too much and most likely added 100 pounds to my thighs. I enjoyed all of the junk food! I am kind of happy that I am back in school, especially for gym class so I can burn off all this excess fat now. I enjoy school and work a lot to be honest. I love break and I want more days off, but high school is short and sweet and I will enjoy every last minute of it.
ReplyDeleteI had a pretty good Christmas break. I spent a lot of time with friends. I did get pretty bored during the day though, there is nothing to do at my house. So I played Wii with my sister. The highlight of my break was probably New Years. I had so much fun! I am still trying to make up the sleep that I lost. I had a lot of late nights over break but it was fun.
ReplyDeleteMy break was awesome. I got to hang out with some of my favorite people this break and it was really nice and peaceful. Had the 12 hour flu over christmas eve and christmas morning so that wasnt too fun but at least I lost weight over christmas instead of gained from eating so much cookies! I had a really awesome time off and I cant wait for summer when im done for longer than like a week!
ReplyDeleteMy brake was AMAZING! I did not go anywhere besides like my grandparents for Christmas, work, church, hanging out with amazing friends, working on scholarships, going ice fishing, and just spending a lot of time with my family...the best part was... I got my Tattoo :)!!!! I love it soooooo much, and it was totally worth the 10 minutes if pain! It does not hurt at all since then, but it is starting to itch which is really bothersome. Otherwise, I really do not want to come to school today, but every day is one day closer to graduation!
ReplyDeleteMy break was really great. I got to see some of my family that I havent seen in a long time including my 3 and 1 year old cousins. Getting to sleep in was also really nice. I think my favorith thing though was I watched the entire first season of White Collar on netflix. That is my new favorite show. But I don't get USA so I won't be able to watch the new season. :(
ReplyDeleteMy Christmas break was very nice. I didn't really do a whole lot, but it was nice to have time to do whatever I wanted. I spent a lot of time with Garrick which was nice. I had a lot of family time and it was really great. My New Years was very fun and so was Christmas. I am not happy that school is back already, but I'll get over it.
ReplyDeleteI had a good (well, relatively productive) break. I finished applying to the last of my nine colleges, which is a relief. It's nice to have that out of the way, but now the suspenseful three months of waiting for replies begins! I had an interview via Skype with a Princeton alum, and I think that it went really well. I do not know how much interviews are taken into account, though. Now I'm starting on scholarship apps, which are kind of a relief after the ridiculous soul-searchy questions of colleges' essays.
ReplyDeleteMy break was quite nice. My brother came over for Christmas again, with a few friends. Even though I was able to relax and have fun over the break, I had surprisingly gotten a reasonable amount completed, or at least worked on. I had gotten a little done on a mxsr model that I am constructing from scratch, with a four foot wingspan. I had gotten a lot of good quotes from G.B.S. I'm glad that you liked them Mrs. Myers. Along with that, I had gotten another model constructed, with a more modest wingspan. I greatly appreciate the appearance of the craft, but I am not fond of the name.
ReplyDeleteI had a great Christmas break. I got almost everything I wanted for Christmas. I got to spend time with family and friends and also had no homework. The best part though I would have to say was my birthday. I had an amazing New Years Eve with my friends and a wonderful 18th birthday. Plus, we finally got some snow and I'm hoping that it will actually last now.
ReplyDeleteMy vacation was great! I had enough time to do lots of things I wanted to do. I had time with my family, my friends, and Lindsay:) It ended a little rough last night but everything is all Gucci. Life is good! I might buy 2K11 from Hayden but he's asking wayyyy too much. He only wants to get rid of the game because I beat him every time we play.
ReplyDeleteFreeeee write... Alright, so I really have nothing to say. On January 1st... At 12:01 after we got done celebrating the New Year... A bat came crawling at me. Yeah, crawling- on it's wings. Weirdest thing ever. We threw anything we could find at it, and killed it. Then we decided that it cannot be a good sign that the first thing that happened to us on the new year is a bat coming at us. Apocolypse. Brace yourself.
ReplyDeleteI finally feel better. I missed this whole week of school. I'm not looking forward to Monday when I discover all the homework I have missed. Right now I'm just relaxing trying to get some homework done I know I can do without my books. Happy Weekend!
