Happy Monday! I hope people remembered to change their clocks over the weekend.
It's a Monday so you know what that means: Free Write. Gee, did anything big happen over the weekend that people might want to write about in their blogs?!

Umm rain! :) otherwise not much I'm sure everyone's gunna write about state... Not me.
ReplyDeleteIf only I had all the following items:
Time machine
Tape recorder
One of those people that can see the future
A million dollars
Stress ball
Happiness
Puppies. Lots of puppies.
Here's why:
I would grab my tape recorder and hop into my time machine. I'd go back to the very beginning of my life and tape important events, good or bad. Then I would come back -pick up a person who can depict the future- and go to the future. This will tell me what I'm suppose to be in my life( because I don't know what I'm suppose to be.) and the recorder will show how I got there. Then after this little journey I would go to my back yard and get a million dollars off my money tree. If I couldn't find the cure to alzhiemers I would spend all the money on those in
need all over the world. And to every child out there- puppies! Every child would get a puppy. Its not only a dog but a companion. Someone to comfort u, to play with, to be there when u feel alone ,and bring lots of happiness. And then a stress ball to squeeze. Because truth is this will never happen and I'll always be stressed out about something so yeah. That's my free write...
P.s. Was I the only one at 1 o clock in the morning outside playing in the rain? I'm so excited for this weather. Chasing storms, puddle jumping, feeling like a kid again :)
It was so beautiful out this weekend! On Saterday my mom and I went hiking and shopping in Eau Claire. I had to buy a t-shirt so I could take me sweater off because I was roasting! On Sunday I just did homework and relaxed. Now it is raining today and I love it!
ReplyDeleteCONGRATULATIONS to the girls and boys basketball teams!! It's so cool to see this much success, since basketball has always been a really important part of our school. Also, I thought that you wrote "locks" instead of "clocks." It would be really funny if you were reminding everybody to change their locks, which could indicate either getting different security fixtures on their doors or purchasing a wig. I had either a rehearsal or concert in Eau Claire every day this weekend, so I basically had no free time. I like being busy, though, so it's all good. I love this weather!!!! Rainy days make me want to listen to Jack Johnson and be happy with life in general.
ReplyDeleteThis weekend my life was revolved around basketball. Thursday night, Friday night, and two games on Saturday. After the games I got to spend an hour or two unwinding with my friends. Then Sunday I literally just sat around doing homework and relaxing. I am extremely tired today. Thanks a lot weather and the time change. This Monday is so so gloomy and it is making it hard to pay attention to my homework and duties today.
ReplyDeleteHey, so who won the game on Saturday?
ReplyDeleteno not much to mention except...we are going to state!!!! wahoo! I am so excited. I hope my mom will let me drive down there! Other than that I worked the girls game, went shopping with my almost sister miss zoey jean schweitzer and had fca. I had a pretty good weekend overall. Except I am now out of gas :(
ReplyDeleteWell, I can barely talk! cheering the boys and girls on was sooooo much fun! I can not wait for state! In case you did not know Mrs. M I am the mascot :) I love it doing it soooooo much! I am soooooo nervous for state though!! I need to come up with new moves/dances, so any suggestions/requestions will be welcomed!
ReplyDeleteWow I am so excited for so many things right now!!! First of all, Basketball State! Then the play coming up, prom, and track meets starting soon. I love the warm weather to and spent the whole day outside yesterday. I am also almost done with 5 more scholarships. Everythimg is just so great right now!
ReplyDeleteWE'RE GOING TO STATE!!!!!!!!!! It is so exciting going to state as a senior, I cannot explain how awesome this is! :)
ReplyDeleteI had an awesome weekend. Friday was the busiest of all my days. I signed a lease on Friday for an apartment, but we can't move in until May 25...so the anticipation is going to drive me crazy! Then I went to browse furniture and compare prices with my boyfriend. We discovered Furnish 123 is by far the cheapest place plus they offer a student discount. After that we visited my mom... but got a lot of kitchen stuff. :) Saturday I worked from 8-2 and I trained Shyanda. She did an awesome job and I am now officially done at Mom's Restaurant which is kind of sad. I will miss it. Sunday was a typical Sunday. I enjoyed the awesome weather so much and I cannot wait for SUMMER! I had a grill out with my sister and it made me want summer even more. I hate that today is Monday, but it is exciting that we don't really have school Thursday or Friday for state. :-)
ReplyDeleteFor obvious reasons, I am very excited for this week. So many great things are happening! State basketball, TOM HAS SPRING BREAK! (so I get to spend the whole week with him!), I have off work Wednesday - Saturday, I LOVE long car rides... Therefore, going to Madison is going to be a blast.
ReplyDeleteI don't know. It's just a fabulous week.
Teachers better not assign any homework.
This weekend was awesome! The boys made it to state and the girls were Regional champs! I am very upset though that it is my senior year and I cannot go down to state to cheer on my friends. I really just want to cry for that reason. I am pumped for my game though. Sunday was a big day for me also :) I just hope things work out, even thought they probably won't.
ReplyDeleteI had an okay weekend. My friday did not go the greatest but I was aware that I was going to get a little ticked off. Saturday I had to work so I didn't get to go to the boys game and I had a birthday party to go to. I went and saw the Lorax on Sunday, went for a walk, and grilled out with my second family.
ReplyDeleteI had a pretty busy weekend. Quite a lot of events went on, and I see that plenty more has gone well for the boys and girls basketball teams. For most people that overshadows anything that went on for me over the break. I am a little surprised that our book reviews appear to be due so soon, but I hope that I am prepared. The warm weather is nice, but it is causing havoc at home, or any place that isn't covered with blacktop.
ReplyDeleteWell I guess it was a pretty good weekend for everyone! I went to quite a few basketball games over the weekend. It is pretty exciting that our fellow seniorites are going to state, whoop whoop! Over the weekend I tried making a fondant cake and man was that harder than I anticipated. We messed up. We couldn't even make it look like a volcano (that's pretty bad!). I also got to spend some time with my sister and cousin so it was a pretty relaxing weekend.
ReplyDeleteThe snow is gone already..dang. But it also means srping. Last night, Lindsay and I went on a 4 wheeler ride which we haven't been able to do for such a long time:) it was wonderful! I miss doing things outside.
