Happy Monday! I hope that everyone had a relaxing, restful weekend. It's a free write day: enjoy!

  1. Okay so maybe it was a bad idea to stay at walmart until close to 2 am. I'm so lazy I just let my alarm keep going. I don't have the strength to even hit the snooze.
So why was I at walmart, so late? Well my father and I don't really sleep that well at night and he asked if I wanted to go shopping. After all these years I realized he only calls when he wants something, but I give in because for some reason deep inside I still want that father daughter bond. But then again I don't.
Well anyway, I had a boring, lazy, didn't feel good, got nothing accomplished besides turning in a job app., and figured out that my boyfriend and I are just not ment to be, kinda weekend. But walmart was a good getaway.

  2. I had a pretty good weekend. My dad surprised me at home with my graduation present (early). He got me a new laptop because mine right not is not in good shape. Then on Saterday I helped my mom get the gardens ready for planting. Sunday afternoon my dad came to my house again to take me to the hockey game in the cities. It was a lot of fun!

  3. I had my first play practice last night, and it was so much fun! I was sort of nervous about being perched up on the roof at first and playing, but it's working out well. I am also pretty excited about going to forensics state! The next month is pretty much going to be complete chaos. After the play is over, banquet season starts which interferes with my music schedule quite a bit--as does track. Bring it on, April.

  4. It was a lazy, lazy, lazy weekend. I really did not accomplish a thing. I barely even read a book. I slept and worked, that is about it! :)

  5. Our first track meet of the season was on Saturday so my weekend didn't start out very restful. I pulled a muscle in my quad so I was in a lot of pain. I still took 3rd in triple jump though which was suprising. On Sunday I layed around icing until I went to work at 1! After work we went to Trout Creek to "scoop" out the Grain Bin for my graduation party, it has potential for a fun party! This morning Heather and I went to our college class and there was a hitchhiker on the highway 29 by-pass. He was walking toward Colfax. When we came back this morning he was all the way to Josh Shipman's house. Creepy! You better be locking up your windows, your cars, your houses, cause he's gonna be snatching every body up!!

  6. My weekend was not the greatest but it was nice going up to Hayward. I got to spend some time with my dad and just being up there again was relaxing. This morning on our way to class Shelby yells out "LOOK!" and I look next to us adn there is a really creepy looking hitchhiker and that was the end of that. On our way home I was telling Shelby a story and all of a sudden she like freaks out. The hitchhiker had made it all the way into town just before Josh Shipman's house and we saw him on our way to class right before you turn onto the off ramp to get onto Highway 29! Shelby made my day by how funny and creepy she thought this was! I still can't believe this person made it this far by walking in the cold, but he must not be too poor if he's smoking a cigarette as he's walking!

  7. I went to ride Gem and there was only one other person there, which is super unusual, but it was probably due to the show that was all last week. But I had a panic attack when I heard a bunch of banging coming from one of the stalls, and I looked in there and saw that the pony was jammed against the wall of the stall. Because horses are so large, it isn't easy for them to get up after laying down (hence why they sleep standing up), but when they lay down in the stall, they run a small risk of rolling over against the wall and being unable to get back up. A horse will panic when they feel trapped at all, and can end up either going into shock or injuring themselves so badly that they need to be put down. The worst part is, it's hard to help them because dangerous hooves are flying all over the place when they're stuck like that. So this is the situation I saw when I looked into the stall, and nobody was around. Luckily she was small enough to get a hoof against the stall and push herself away enough to get up. She was so scared.

  8. I had a good weekend. I spent saturday relaxing, and sunday was church then play practice then sleep. So I really didn;t do much at all this weekend. I'm not excited for the huge amount of work that we are going to get in english soon though, because I have about 2 million other things going on. And I'm going to miss 3 library days this week :(

  11. I had a great 4 day weekend! Basketball state was really fun and I got to see Garrick on Friday! He drove an hour to Milwaukee just to see me :) Sunday was such a lazy day! I woke up at noon and did absolutely nothing all day. I really just want it to be Friday.. I hope this week flies.

  12. My weekend was exceptionally quick. It did not seem as though any time had passed and the weekend was already over. Last week wasn't very pleasant for me. So now I hope that everything will work a little better for me this week, because I can not afford the time I could use to slow down. My brothers stunt kite arrived today, so we will both be able to have fun with an adequate amount of wind.

  13. I forgot to blog yesterday so I am going to right now. I saw The Hunger Games over the weekend. There were over 1,000 people at Oakwood Mall for that movie alone. It was AMAZING!!! I am probably going to go and see it again because I loved it that much. It was sad in parts but other than that it was really really good! I cried a few times and my sister cried because she got scared. I laughed at her, which is horrible but it was really funny. I warned her before it happened and everything. So, thats all I need to say.

  14. I can't wait for summer. The time is getting closer, but it is not coming fast enough. I feel as if time is frozen and graduation is never going to come. Why must the weather flaunt us with awesome weather and then gives us 40s for the rest of the week?? All well, yay for spring and warm weather. I cannot wait for all the trees to have leaves and the grass to be pretty green. I am very tired today. I stayed at my brothers last night and the kids got up at 6 am! That was two and half hours before I actually had to get up. Well this blog is getting pretty long; I think I am done now.

  15. NO! This weekend actually was awful. Friday and Saturday were supposed to be my two days off from work.. However, one of my co-workers called me at 7 IN THE MORNING on Saturday, therefore WAKING ME UP, and asked if I could work for him today. I was furious, but I was the only one left that could work... So I did. This made Friday my only day off in about 2.5 weeks. Because the weekend before last I worked Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and the rest of the week ... And now.. I have had to work Saturday-this coming Saturday. I'm mad, but I guess I won't be complaining when I get my next paycheck.

  16. Well it was an alright weekend. I had to work both Saturday and Sunday. Got to love Walmart. Seriously.... sick of that place. I pretty much live there. The rest of the weekend I spent just relaxing. :)
