You are a designer and are called upon to help a restaurateur design a new restaurant. What type of restaurant is it going to be? What type of food will be served? What is the decor going to look like? Will it be family-friendly or bascally for adults?
This restaurant would be Brown and teal everything inside but a little run down, because it's 2012 and world Will end soon, prices are raising and this is the only restaurant People can afford. Not to mention with high prices people can't feed there families.. The time period relates back to the time when people survived off cannibalism. This restaurant Would serve finger salad, toe -jam, Hand sandwiches with blood bone soup, and much more. It would be really scary inside, but if you have to feed your family there's not much for choices. There are no FDA regulations, however, everything is prepared and cooked where no one can see, and is served to look delicious.
ReplyDeleteI would create a cafe style restaurant. There would be all kinds of coffee and healthy foods sold there. I would probrably also serve local beer and wine like the Raw Deal does. The restaurant would have wood floors and have tables and booths to sit at. There would be a bar up front where you can also sit and drink coffee. There would not be stupid florescent lighting in there though, I hate flourescent lights. There would be really big windows that go to the ceiling so daylight can come in and there would be a lot of plants growing. There would be art on the walls and games for children to play, so obviously it would be family-friendly. I would also put a little stage in the back for live music.
ReplyDeleteMy restaurant would be on the third floor of a building near a river in a nice down town part of a city. I would want the other buildings to not be towering over my building because I want sunlight to be able to come in through the floor to ceiling windows. I would have balconies outside of these windows and move a lot of the seating outside in the summer. At night, I would always have strands of white lights. It would be mostly for adults and students, and everything would be fresh and locally grown. I would have big bookshelves lining the inside where people could take or leave books as they pleased and there would be live music a few times a week. I think that I would call it "Zera's Grape." I don't know why.
ReplyDeleteI would have a wild life game restaurant. It would have a cabin look with mounts of animals all over the walls. There would be wild game foods served such as: mouse, caribou, bear, venison, ect. This restaurant would be very family friendly!
ReplyDeleteIt would be an Italian restaurant. I love spaghetti and pizza and would have many kinds of each!! I am not sure what it would look like though. I would want it to be authentic looking so I would probably have to go to Italy beforew I decided.
ReplyDeleteI would serve tons of food. Because food is amazing, I love food. The decor will be very colorful and bright! It will be a resuarant for everyone, not just adults.
ReplyDeleteThis restaurant would be a buffet, because buffets are the best, although sometimes gross. I will serve all foods because this restaurant is awesome. It will be for kids, as well as adults, because kids like to eat too. I'll decorate the walls with pictures of the food I serve, like subway does. Or it'll be pictures of people eat the food. That would be weird. But I don't care.
ReplyDeleteIt would be a very adult like resturant, of course. Mostly because the waitors and waitresses will be minimally dressed. Served at the resturant would be any food imaginable as well as plenty of adult beverages. The lighting would be dark and the walls would be dark red. It would be a good time.

ReplyDeleteI would design a restaurant that was like a taco bar. It would be like a pizza buffet but you could make your own tacos. The decor would be all festive and bright. It will be a place to take the whole family or just have a night out with the adults.
ReplyDeleteIt would be a pizza restaurant that would only serve Fruit pizza! The menu would be only fruit pizzas. There would be a Hawaiian pizza with pineapple and berry pizzas with all kinds of berries. I would hope to have a lot of customers, I know Shelby would be my #1 customer because she loves fruit pizza
ReplyDeleteI would like to have a restaurant that would serve more natural food, and in healthy portions. I would not only have the name of the food and what animal it came from, but what part of the country it came from. There would be no mystery meat in my restaurant, the people that ate there would know the state and perhaps even the farm that their food came from. The restaurant would be made in a way that was warming and comforting to the guests. It would also possess a child friendly environmental.
ReplyDeleteI would probably have to choose an interesting restaurant. Mine would be all types of food! People would want to come all of the time, varieties of food such as chinese, mexican, american,italian etc. Each type of food would have it's own area. Labeling the food and decorating with what fit the food would be exciting! Definately would have to be a buffet, because who doesn't want to go out and be satisfied with what they got, and on top of that were FULL!
ReplyDeleteI would have a very random restaurant. I would most likely call it the Random Restaurant. I would serve food that I prefer. Like certain types of Chinese foods, Mexican, Italian, and sandwiches and soups in a buffet style. Pretty much anything that satisfies my taste buds, and I would just hope others liked what I do. I would have rock and roll music playing all the time and the Beatles on my slower days. I love the Beatles. I would have a bar and a dance floor in my restaurant, to work off all the calories after you stuff yourself. It would most likely be for adults, but kids would be very welcomed. I don’t know what the décor would be, it would most likely be constantly changing.
ReplyDeleteI would design a restaurant for adults. It would be sort of an elegant, but still up beat and clubish restaurant with dark, bold red walls with black outlines. I would have very amazing and crazy lights that lit up the place. The music would be up beat, not the kind that puts you to sleep. The decorations would be a lot of different art pictures and sculptures. I would have the food be a variety of everything so it would appeal to everyone's taste. The prices would not be very expensive because I hate high prices.
ReplyDeleteI would create a restaurant that serves venison and other big game. I just asked my dad for some input on this blog and he thought I should add some turtle soup. I guess it's really good. It sounds nasty but I bet it probably pretty good. There are a lot of turtles and deer so we could probably make the prices low so then nobody would get upset.
ReplyDeleteThis restaurant will be on water. It will be off a dock that will be only open in the evenings so it is romantic. This will be a five star restaurant that is decorated at the top of the line with fancy tablecloths and expensive silverware. The food will be served as a five course meal. There will be bread, salad, an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert. All the food will be Italian. This restaurant will be mainly for adults due to the high expense and romantic factor involved.
