Today is far from a great start to a short week. I woke up sick this morning. :( my tonsils are so swollen that when I swallow, nothing can pass through. So I kind of have to just spit excess fluids out. Gross... To make it all the more worse, tonight is my last christmas concert, and I won't be there. :'( could this day get any worse? At least Kovu pities me. He'll be keeping my neck warm today.
Break goes by way too fast. It's sad. Fortunately, school usually goes by pretty fast when we get back from break. School goes by so slow, it's like torture. I'm so sick of school I cant stand it. I just want to stay home and sleep in my bed all day.
I had a great weekend. I finished most of my christmas shopping and spent time with friends. Then yesterday I made cupcakes for my birthday. I believe that today will be a very interesting day. I have a concert tonight and I might be able to see one of my friends that I have not seen since the begining of November. If I do not see him tonight I will hopefuly will be able to see him later this week.
Okay, it is dry out. My face is dry, my hands are try, and my lips are dry. Honestly, I just feel awful because it is so dry out. On the UPSIDE, I have my last Christmas concert ever tonight. I thought this day would never come. I have been wwaiting for this day ever since freshman year. Christmas concerts just are not my favorite. Omg, I need chapstick right now!! I'm oblivious...I don't pick up on ANY hints, anything implied, anything expected as basic common knowledge, or anything like that...So whenever I wonder if I'm missing something (most times it's pretty obvious...), I always turn to someone who knows better what's going on. I had a few of these situations presented to me this weekend and would like a little help with what should be pretty obvious...Needless to say, I'm glad Monday finally came so I can get some of these answers!
Christmas is almost here which means I get to see my sister soon! I haven't seen her in a few months because she lives in Illinois. I'm also excited to eat a TON of food, especially cookies! Yummy. I love food.
I am getting so excited for Christmas to finally come around! I am very family deprived and I can't wait to go see them all this coming weekend! I'm more than ready to start break and be able to sleep in! After break I really hope that the rest of the year flies by!
So I am sick, a total bummer especially on concert day when I have to sing. However it is my last Christmas concert here at Colfax High, and it is very close to Christmas break! I spent the weekend finishing up Christmas shopping.I went to a parade on Saturday night, and then a suprise with Matthew and couples pictures on Sunday. I am so happy it's almost break.
I went shopping yesterday by myself and I got a lot of presents! I was suprised that I did not spend all of my money. I still have roughly 30% of that left. I saved so much money! I have my brother Jesse and something for my grandma Swede left. I only spent $15 on myslef! Twelve of that was for a dress for tonight. I had a good day shopping and wrapping and I hope things stay good.
I am so excited for the break and for christmas. I plan on taking my dog out over the break and letting them run rabbits. I also have to work though so that is not so good. But last weakend I dint do much I pritty much just stayed home all day. But sunday I had more fun alittle I sat and watched tv for a while then I went out and walked the dogs and then I went back in side and played some card. That was fun. But i didnt like that it was raining in december it was suppost to be snow.
I really want some cookies. Maybe I'll make some tonight. I should make some peanut butter and some chocolate chip chookies. I really just want to have cookies. I also want brownies and all kind of good stuff. I think I am just really hungary. I am also really tired. I don't like waking up early. I don't like going to school. I don't want to do anything at all, ever.
My weekend was pretty good. We went to Christmas shopping and firstly in my life i wrapped the presents. As it was predicted the first presents were really ugly, but after several wrappings, i found out how to do it properly. As far as it concerns Christmas vacations, Right now i feel homesick. I really wanna see my family, my friends, my relatives. So i will probably spend part of my Christmas vacation on Skype. But on the other hand it is Christmas, so i'll try to go outside with my host family and have some family time with them.
My weekend was great because it consisted of going to Perkins, working a bit, then doing very little. I got ten hours of sleep both nights so I am well rested for what I hope will be a very easy short week.
Im pretty excited basically two more days in school and then break until Mexico. It is going to be so awesome. I just have to make it through the week. It kind of sucks that we have a test to worry about on Wednesday though. That is about the only thing that I have to do.
I got to see my brother this weekend! It was his birthday on Sunday but he had to work so we went down there on Saturday. We spent some time in his apartment and then we went out to eat. The way back was really foggy though and we had to drive very slow. Sunday I helped my father Christmas shop for my mother. We got her some nice boots. This weekend was a great family weekend.
I had a great weekend! Friday i spent 9 hours with my colfax res.; breakfast lunch and served supper! :) i miss them SO much. But it felt like i was back. i loved it. then my amazing first boss facebooked me and im meeting her tomarrow for lunch! havent seen her in a year! I had 2 rough days at work. Some people... :/ Anyway... Yeah great weekend. And now im pigging out on 2 bags of 3musketeers and snickers. Num num num. :) oh and i also did some writing this weekend, too! Not sure if im finished with this poem. But if i remember correctly... You used to say write it all down, edit later. :) No title yet eaither...
The world has troubled us today. Wish it was easy as pick up your bag and run away. Would anyone realize if we stay? This world is a scary place, no time for love or grace. Just fighting and no reason why, spending half the time crying, Wondering when it will be our time to say goodbye. And even with people all around us, Alone is how we feel, --sometimes I wish this wasnt real.
I had a fun, relaxed weekend for once. Yay! Iwent Christmas shopping with Alicia on Friday. We were actually in Eau Claire for five hours. Then I got to relax and put together presents and applications at home while watching Christmas specials the rest of the weekend. (and I finally have have internet at home, evevn though it's slow)
My weekend was pretty good to begin with I got my new phone and I really really like it! Chelsea, Delanie, Matthew, Logan, Haley, Katy, and I went to Applebee's on Friday night after the game and besides spilling two drinks, Katy not getting her food and not getting our milkshake it was really fun. I love Applebee's wings I could eat them all day long!!! The rest of my weekend could have been better, but I am trying to move on from that and just be happy and not get jealous so easily.. So far not working. I really cannot wait for this week to be over and it to be Christmas!:D
Last Christmas concert tonight! This is super exciting, it just proves that we are that much closer to graduating. Today is also my brothers birthday, he is turning 12, so we are having a party after the concert and I'm skipping work. How naughty of me! I stayed up last night so that I could make some semi-homemade fudge marshmallow browines for him, I hope that he'll be surprised. I also bought Christmas decorations over the weekend because I get to decorate the tree this year. The thought popped into my head, while I was shopping,of what a future home of mine might look like and it kinda scared me. Oh Yeah! I also found out that my grandma is cool than I thought and heard her say some choice words that I would not be able to put into my blog... so that was interesting. Finished Christmas shopping and did homework, that about sums up my weekend.
I am so tired today that i dont even have the strength to make toast. Im probably going to go take a nap before the concert starts so then i can stay up all night studying. Ah how i wish it was christmas already, so close yet so far away.
This is a great day. I am eating Häagen-Dazs peppermint bark ice cream while listening to Christmas music. My sister will be coming home today. Also to make my day I discovered that, while it is illegal to buy a switchblade in the United States, they are legal to buy via an online retailer.
The weekend was so busy. I want Christmas already and to see my family! The first Christmas I have is on the 21st and I couldnt be more excited for it!
So I forgot to blog yesterday, which means I'm going to fail AGAIN. I have a stomach ache right now because my secret santa keeps buying me candy and I have no self control when it comes to food! I think that a snickers would really hit the spot right now though because it would even out my fruity candy intake.
I worked again this weekend. It is the last weekend I will be working for a few months. I was so excited to see Ricky Rubio back for the Timberwolves. man he is good. Timberwolves might be my favorite sports team, not including the Twins.
I am a bad blogger this week. Oh well. I am glad that we are finally done with school though. It is also good that the dance competition was cancelled last night, because I was not feelin it. Today I am going shopping for the last of my christmas presents.
