Victories

Let's discuss accomplishments today. What school-related accomplishment are you most proud of and why? Did you ace a class? Did you score that winning goal? Did you achieve a personal milestone? Personally, I would have to say that my accomplishment is that I quit a very good job to go to school so that I could teach my little myrmidons college prep :-)

On an "isn't it a weird coincidence" level, yesterday Othello was on t.v.! Of course, you know that I just had to watch it.

  1. I think that my biggest school-related accomplishment would have to be maintaining mostly A's on my report card through high school. I am most proud of this because depending on what classes you take, it can be a little challenging to maintain mostly A's in all of your classes. I also am proud of this, because it makes my parents happy when I get good grades and maintain them through the whole year. Another accomplishment I am really proud of is going to state twice for forensics, because I do not particularly like talking in front of people when I have to have something memorized, and I got over my fear of that when I did forensics. =)

  3. My biggest accomplishment in school would have to be organizing Relay for Life my Junior year. It was a big acomplishment and took a lot or time to plan. I ended up raising around $7,000! This year I am assisting a Junior and a Sophmore for it and I hope it can be great again!

  4. I am most proud of my report card, my goal was to keep some type of A at all times. Also, I am proud of all the community service I have been involved in. Now, I hope that I can keep my stress level down as the semester is ending and scholarships are due. AWWWWWW!

  5. I watched the Vikings get a huge victory yesterday on T.V. If I would have seen that Othello was on T.V. I definately would have watched that instead.

As far as school related accomplishments, this year my biggest non-sports accomplishments were being selected as youth of the month for both Bremer and the Optimist Club. That is all. I guess as far as sports are concerned, I believe that our boys basketball team is going to yield what I will call my biggest accomplishment so I have no comment yet on sports.

As far as school related accomplishments, I have maintained a B+ average my whole high school carreer. That was my only goal for school. I have somewhat excelled in sports the last couple of years. I have earned four Dunn Saint Croix All Conference awards between football and baseball. I wish that I could say that I got an A average all four years, but I didn't so get off my back! Just Kidding!

  7. Well, you can forget about the Vikings Nate because they are going to lose before making it to the Superbowl.
I guess that an achievement that I have accomplished would be the 6th grade snowball fight between David Bradford and I. The big reason I considered it as an accomplishment is because I won fair and square. I took him out with a huge snowball right to the schnoze...then we both got green sheets.

  8. My biggest achievement with school would probably be just going to school. Haha, I'm not even kidding. I was so shy freshman year that it was very hard for me to come to Colfax. Also, I would have to say that being involved in a lot of school activities and going to state in different events are other great accomplishments!

  9. My biggest accomplishment was cross country this year. I had never ran in it before and I ended up getting first team all conference and 38th place at state. Our team got fourth. It was cool. And I was pretty excited to go to state track in two events last year too, even though I didn't do so hot there... :) So yea, that's it.

  10. My biggest achievement in school is my grades. If my parents gave me a hundred dollars for every A that I got, then I would be rich (haha, not really). I am proud to do so well, and my parents are too.

Another achievement is that I didn't end up hurting anyone in my Chemistry lab group..at least not yet. They tend to drive me crazy during labs and they enjoy it!

  11. My biggest accomplishment is seeing all of my hard work being paid off. I have been involved in so many extracurricular activites including dance, 4-H, school clubs, and much more while also maintaing A's on my report card. I am getting recognition for my hard work and the greatest part is that I can write all of these things down for my college applications as well as scholarships! I love seeing the end results!

  12. My most recent accomoplishment would be being a part of the dance team as we took home the conference champ title. After months of hard work at practice our hardworking team finally accomplished winning a tough competition. We swept the floor with both our pom and jazz routine. Our coach is there to push us to our best and so far it's paid off.
