9-28

The ladies have had their turn, now it's onto the men. If you could meet one famous man, dead or alive (other than Brett Favre, Hayden!), who would it be? Why? Now write a story in which you meet that man. What do you discuss? What do you do?

  1. I would like to meet Neil Armstrong, mainly because I think it would be awesome to go to the moon! Neil is a very interesting guy and any man that steps foot on the moon I'm sure has some pretty neat stories/experiences to tell. I would meet him at his space ship and he would begin showing me the "ropes." Neil would put a space outfit on my so i could feel how heavy it was. After he puts the outfit on me he would put me in a defying gravity simulator. Once I learned how to move around with no gravity he would take me on an adventure to the moon! On the way he would tell me his experiences and fears of his past missions. Then he would tell me what the moon looks like and how it feels to have little to no gravity. After he told me all of his stories and journey of becoming a space pilot we would finally land on the moon. When I get out of the space ship I begin walking on the moon and put a little sign in the ground that says, "Shelby Sikora was here! 2012!"

  2. I would like to meet Robert Downey Jr. He is such a hottie for an old person! I am looking out of my window and I see a hot air balloon float down to the field by my house. RDJ steps off and comes to my door. He said he wants me to come with him to Hollywood and watch him while he films Iron Man 3. He takes me back to Hollywood in his hot air balloon and we have lunch and go see a movie (not one of his) then we go back to the movie studio and I watch while he and a bunch of famous actors do a big battle scene. I stay there until 3 in the morning and he flies me back home with his Iron Man suit :)

  3. I would like to meet the Dalai Lama. My dad took me to one of his speeches and ceremonies last May but I did not actually get to talk to him. It was such an amazing experiance, being in the same building with such an amazing spiritual leader. I just wish I could have actually met him. If I ever did get to talk to him, I do not even know what I would ask. I would just want to talk about anything, he is quite humorous! It would be even more amazing if I met him in India where he lives now. I have always wanted to go to India so if I met him there, it would be two dreams coming true!

  4. I think that it would be very interesting to meet Hans Sandars. It would be fascinating to here what his life as a test pilot was like. I would like to ask him how he felt when he flew an aircraft for the first time, that had never flown before. He would likely also say what it was like when he found out that an aircraft that he had flown had become a world renounced plane. We could meet at an old airport n a fair weathered day. He could describe the flying characteristics of some of the popular craft that he had tested and some of the more dangerous ones that he was lucky to get away from alive. I am quite certain that there would be a lot of stories for him to tell.

  5. I would love to meet Joshua Bell. I went to one of his concerts last year, and it was simply spectacular. I was sitting in the balcony, so I brought binoculars and got to see what a fantastic performer he really is. Although his recordings are stunning, they do not even come close to one of his live performances. I've heard that he's really personable, so I would probably talk with him about normal, every day things, such as current events, travel, personal preferences, etc., in addition to music(of course). It would also be really awesome to meet Albert Einstein. He happened to play the violin as well, but I would rather just ask him about his general thought processes, as his mind worked in such a fascinating way and seemed to be quite different from the "average" person's.

  6. Chris Farely!!! He is such a beast Mrs. M! I'm willing to bet he was one of the most funny men who ever lived! All his movies are absolutely hilarious! I like when he randomly shows up in a few Adam Sandler movies as well. And SNL!! Don't ever get me started! I've seen his videos from SNL like 50 times and I still laugh like crazy! I'm not sure where we would go. Most likely on a man date to b dubs or something. But we would talk about all his funny movies and talk about just random stuff that is probably hilarious! I <3 Chris Farely! :)

  7. I would like to meet Ashton Kutcher. He is very attractive. One of the people I met in California happens to run into him one day in LA. She then starts talking about how she showed us around because we were from Wisconsin. She gave him my number and he called me. He took me to Italy just because he had plenty of money to do so. We both talked about our lives and then got married. We lived happily ever after. The end!

  8. I would want to meet the person who invented the computer. I am not sure who this is, but whoever it was, they had the best idea ever. We couldn't be doing this blog if he hadn’t invented computers. It is also going to be my job. I would ask him how he first came up with such a crazy idea, and then wee what he was thinking. Then after I showed him what they are like now, he would be totally amazed. It would be awesome.

  9. Honestly, I would like to meet Jake Gyllenhaal. Not only do I think he is a great actor, but he might quite possibly be the most attractive man on this earth. He was in many of my favorite movies and he is just an all around awesome guy. We would have a fantastic time hanging out, too. Because, well... Yeah.

  10. If I could meet a famous man, it would most definitely be either Dwayne Wade or Paul Walker. The reason I picked these two guys is because they are awesome. D-Wade is just a straight up baller. Paul Walker is a stud and makes every movie he is in amazing. I would run into D-Wade while I was at a beach in Miami. We would start talking about basketball and other random things. Then we would go get something to eat and just spend the day at the beach. I would meet Paul Walker at one of his movie premiers and afterwards we would go out to dinner. I'm not really sure what we would talk about but that would be perfectly fine with me because we would be having so much fun the way it is.

  11. I would meet Johnny Depp. Mostly because he is hot! But, also because he is pretty awesome. We would go to Paris and he would take me all over, even to the Eiffel Tower. Then, we would go to dinner and Justin Bieber would be the waiter. Justin would perform a concert just for me. After Justin's concert and dinner, Johnny Depp will take me back to the Eiffel Tower to see it lit up in the dark. It would be really beautiful. I would have a great "date" with Johnny Depp! :)

  12. I would meet Gregory Robert Christoffel and we would play some Madden 12. I'd beat him at that and then we'd play NBA 2K11 and I'd beat him at that too. That would be a perfect day.
