Well its another Monday and it looks very gross outside, which doesn't make me want to get out of bed. I had a wonderful weekend, going to the football game, and then my boyfriends moms birthday party on Saturday and football all day yesterday! The weekend went way to fast... Also, I have the discussion for today and I looked up questions, but I'm scared they aren't what you want!
I had a great start to my Monday by sleeping through my alarm but my weekend was much better. After going to the football game on Friday, I went to Garrett's house to play ping pong. We then went trike drifting on Saturday. That night I went to Perkins. Then on Sunday I worked and had my last parade in high school.
It was a good weekend. Last night i went to the silver heart club concert in eau claire with sam and fiona and juliana. There were some other musicians there as well and they were great. The silver heart club is going to play with all time low in october and I'd really like to go see that.
I went to Africa for a little bit. When i was there, I wrestled some lions and then rode a giraffe. I named him Larry. Unfortunately, Larry caught a cold and wouldn't let me ride him anymore. I was pretty upset with Larry. He felt bad, so he took me to his alien layer. It was pretty cool, but then I woke up.
This weekend was great! It started with the football game on Friday, after that I went home and slept. Almost all day Saturday I spent time with my mom, then that night I hung out with Chelsea, Lexi, and Kaitlin at Lexi's house. Sunday was my last marching parade in high school.
I had a very long weekend. I am actually slightly glad to be in school today. No matter how bad I want to be at home in bed, it is better for me to stay busy at school. I just need to stay distracted.
I'm playing a waiting game right now. I'm stuck in a lose-lose situation and am basically living by the phrase "wake me up when September ends." I feel like I'm just waiting. I'm waiting for what I haven't been able to reach. I'm waiting for something new, a break in the monotony. I'm waiting for what I know is coming that I can look forward to but not for the unknown where I don't know what I'll find. I'm waiting for what I've been longing for, though I don't know exactly what that is. Basically, I'm waiting for answers. And a month is longer than I want to play that waiting game.
I really want to go shopping. I don't remember the last time I went! It is so terrible because a girl is supposed to shop at least three times a week. My friends ask me so many times to go, but I can't because I am so busy. Shoes are what I need most. My mom will not buy me shoes and it makes me so sad! Just come on mom, shoes won't hurt the pay check that much. I really love my mom and my dad, I just want to go shopping for new shoes.
I got to babysit the cutest baby twins ever this weekend! Chey and I went outside with them and evertime a car drove or person went by they would say hi to them. It was cute! I also got to shoot hoops for the first time in two months so that was exciting too!
One day when i was walking through the tall beans and out jumped a wee old man. I took a gander at him and decided his name should be Humphrey. We tried to skip to the end of the beans together but the beans never ended! We spent our whole lives trying to get out and I am afraid that I am going to die now. It will be alright though because I like beans so this is the way I would like to die.
Well the weekend wasnt that spectacular this time. Starting with the game, which sucked! On Saturday I did't really do anything. I went bow hunting for a little bit and all I saw were some turkeys and squirrels. Saturday night was better Garrett Matthew and I went to Perkins for 5 hours and got back at 2 in the morning. On Sunday I went to the last parade of my high school career. After the parade I went to volleyball.
Right now I am in a funk. I have a cold that I can't get over and I am always tired, even though I got fifteen hours of sleep in one night last weekend. I'm waiting for something fun to happen and I don't know why because if something exciting does happen I will be too tired to enjoy it. Hopeffully I will be recooperated by next week so I can enjoy my last homecoming.
Do you know what next week is? That's right! It's our last Homecoming! I'm not sure why I am so excited about this, maybe its just the fact that this is the last year of my High School career. Just so you know, I made brownies last night and by the time I got home from school there was only two peices left. I cleverly hid one of them so I could eat it after I get home from work tonight. I'm so smart! :)
There is a typhoon in Japan! All weekend I was begging Jordan to get footage of it. He kept saying that it's really nothing. Of course I didn't believe him, I told him he should go find the storm. He finally took a video of the weather, all you see are trees blowing in the wind. I guess he was right when he said storms here are worse. I'm glad he's not in the danger zone for typhoons. (:
This weekend I worked all of saturday. Then on Sunday I got my senior pictures taken and that took along time. After that all I did was sit around and watch T.V. I was happy though when I was out this weekend I saw alot of deer.
So pretty much anything that could've went wrong today, did. For example, I have typed this blog FOUR times today. I had the worst Monday in the whole universe of Mondays. I am really pumped that tomorrow is technically Wednesday for me. I plan on having a much better week than today went. Any other day will be better than today was, though. Guhhhh!!! That's how my Monday went. --Mrs. Myers, sorry if I seemed a little crabby in class today...I was just having the worst morning EVER!!!
Well,... I talked about toast last time there was a free day. I never made the toast because I was to lazy. But today I did make toast. I created a toast pb and j . I like toast!
This weekend went by fast!. it started with a football game friday night, and my first pep band of the year. I had a parade on sunday in Spring Valley, the last parade of my high school career. I am not ready to face this week.
I spent most of the weekend sick. After the dentist took my wisdom teeth out, I had a few complications. These resulted in me having dry socket and some type of infection. Luckily, i'm doing much better now.
