"Some are weatherwise, some are otherwise." - Ben Franklin
Do you have spring fever? I can't even drive past the golf course anymore because it just about kills me that I'm not out golfing yet! Discuss your spring fever issues...and any senioritis that you might be experiencing. :-)

  1. I can't wait for spring! Mornings like today, when the sun is shining and the sky is blue, make me wish it was spring or summer. I love when the grass and trees turn green. And most importantly, I love when it is warm. I hate the cold.

I have a bit of senioritis going on. I have a really hard time concentrating and I usually feel like I don't want to do any of my homework. But I know that I have to do it. Everything is so busy, that I just want to forget about it all sometimes.

  2. I definitely have spring fever. This last week was warm and I love it. Yesterday, Kody and I took a long walk. We walked a little less than five miles. It was beautiful outside. When we got back to his house, we sat out on his porch for awhile in rocking chairs. We even went down to his pond and the ground was hard in some spots. And about the senioritis, I think that I got that back in December. Now that the countdown is up, it really makes me want graduation to come faster and faster. It is hard to concentrate when graduation is only 2 months and five days away. YAY!!!

  3. Haha. This oughta be easy Mrs. Myers. I'm pretty much jumping the gun for spring break and graduation right now. It kills me that I can't be outside on the weekends, soaking up the sun. It seems my week days are meshing into my weekends and I never have time to rest and relax. Baseball will be getting going here pretty soon though, so that should give me some time to enjoy the weather outside. I also hope to take out my motorcycle pretty soon as well. I think our biggest problem is that we only got one snow day this year. It would've been nice to break up the schedule a little more. For now, we'll just have to work with what we've got :)

  4. I love spring...it gets warmer and the sun is out. Also, I definetly have senioritis. I never really truely liked homework, but always just got it done, but now I look at my homework and say "Do I really have to!" Yeah...anyway...I am ready for graduation when it comes to homework, but I am not ready because that means I need to find a job.

  5. Hm....well I definately have spring fever. My family just got a new jet ski and I can't wait until i get to go take it out on the water up at my grandma and grandpa's house in Birchwood. I also can't wait until it is nice outside and I actually want to be outside. I am definately getting senioritis. I can't wait to graduate. Every time I look at the senior countdown I get even more excited for graduation. I can't wait for prom either, because than we only have one month left of school after that and that time will fly by really fast! =)

  6. Yesterday I was going to do my homework, but instead I spent the entire afternoon outside. I don't even regret it. It was so nice outside! It's going to be a lot more difficult to focus in school now that the weather is nice. I'll probably fail fourth quarter.

  7. YES!!! I have spring fever and senioritis. I'm quite ill... maybe I should stay home! But I was quite proud of myself because I sat down yesterday and got my Social Problems paper almost entirely finished. And I even had time to go on a half-hour run! Spring is great and I love the warm weather, and I can't WAIT for graduation so I can sleep in. COME ON, SUMMER!!!!!

  9. I deffinately have spring fever! Yesterday was so amazing out I had to spend the entire day out side! There was only one thing missing, on the first nice day out my dad always takes me on a harley ride. But I was at Sami Jo's house, so I didn't think that I would be able to go. But to my surprise when I got home, my dad took me on a ride. :)
I can feel senioritis coming on! I think that the nice weather just makes me that much more anxious to graduate! I want summer so bad!

  10. Holy CRAP!Yesterday was awesome weather! I was outside pretty much all day and it reminded me of spring. Spring reminds me of baseball and turkey hunting. Baseball starts next week and Turkey hunting starts in a little over a month. My mom even started her annual spring cleaning. Senioritis is as bad as ever. Since I can't keep focused on my homework, I have to divide my time and find ways to get it done without boring myself to death.

  11. I feel like Spring is already here. The first thing I did was put shorts and flip flops on, and jump in some puddles. I've noticed the birds are back and singing pretty songs I haven't heard for a long time. The wind blowing through the trees even sounds more springy!

  12. I'm loving this weather we have going on!! I went for a walk today after I got home from school and I saw a butterfly! I just hope it does not snow again because I like seeing the grass start to come through. I'll admit I'm getting some senioritis and I would like to be done :D I'm excitied for summer, college, and life to happen! Yay for spring time!

  13. I love spring weather, and all of this weather gets me excited for softball and baseball! I like wearing flip flops and shorts! I like how my mom opens the screen door to get some fresh air in the house, all of this means that time is wearing down and graduation is coming!

As for senioritis..ha I have it really bad. All I want to do lately is hangout with my friends and just have a good time. But I am doing my best in buckling down and getting this research paper done! :)

  14. I have major spring fever!! I love spring because it is so bright and fun. I also love spring because that means track and graduation! I can't wait to walk around outside barefoot or in flip-flops. I also can't wait to wear my shorts!

I have a bad case of senioritis. I can't wait to graduate.. but yet I also am super sad about it. When I think about leaving this place, I definitely have mixed emotions. I will miss seeing all my friends and all of the teachers that I have gotten so used to. I know that I will be one of the ones that cries at graduation. :(

  15. Oh boy am I ready for spring! Everything is warm and fresh and doing more things is an option. During the winter, there is just not enough to do to keep me busy...except for schoolwork. But now that things are warming up, my mind wanders from school and replaces thoughts of being outside doing endless activities. I went to Elk Creek for a minute or two yesterday, noticing that the water was high and sooty. Nevertheless, it still got my adrenaline going just thinking about when the water is running clear and you can visibly see the silvery shinning fish.
